About Erika
I very much believe in the balance of life; there must be a balance in everything. No wonder then that I also teach T’ai Chi. For me there must be a balance between the physical, the spiritual and the mental. When one aspect is out of balance everything slowly starts to topple over, one way or another. I am also Elmar’s partner in the water conservation business and care deeply about this planet.
Seeing people together in a room, yet miles apart, together at a table, yet not together at all. It makes me sad, and also quite mad. Time doesn’t wait for anyone, don’t be ignorant of it. I want to hear kids laugh & I want to see people connect. I will never stop trying to make a difference. Dice & Dine is very much needed in today’s world.
