2. Table Bookings and Reservations

Reservations: While we welcome walk-ins, bookings are highly recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays.
Arrival: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled booking time. If you are running late, please call us. We reserve the right to release your table to other patrons if you are more than 20 minutes late without notification.

3. Board Game Library Usage

Cover Charge: Access to our board game library is subject to a “Gaming Fee” or “Cover Charge” per person, unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.
Care of Games: We take pride in our collection. Please handle all board games, cards, and components with care.
Damage/Loss: Dice and Dine reserves the right to charge a replacement or repair fee if a game is returned with missing pieces or significant damage caused by negligence (including food or drink spills).
Fair Play: Please be mindful of other patrons. Do not monopolize games for extended periods if you are not actively playing them.

4. Food and Beverages

Outside Food: No outside food or drinks (including alcoholic beverages) are permitted on the premises.
Allergies: Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take precautions, we operate a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy.
Alcohol: We promote responsible drinking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.

5. Right of Admission

Dice and Dine reserves the Right of Admission (ROA).
Abusive, harrassing, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other customers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

6. Liability

Personal Property: Dice and Dine is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Personal Injury: Customers enter the premises and use our facilities at their own risk. Dice and Dine shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence by the establishment.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, phone number, email) during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and occasional marketing (if opted-in).

We love seeing your photos! By tagging us or posting in the café, you grant us permission to reshare your content on our official social media channels.

All prices displayed on our menu and website include VAT.
